摘要
本文对36例不孕妇女及8例正常生育过的妇女进行子宫内膜组织学及酶组织化学检测。结果表明：不孕组子宫内膜腺上皮葡萄糖－6－磷酸脱氢酶（G－6－PD）活性积分均值明显低于对照组（P＜0．01），其中6例G－6－PD完全缺失；酸性磷酸酶（ACP）、碱性磷酸酶（AKP）在两组间差异无显著性；两组间子宫内膜发育异常率比较差异无显著性（P＞0．05）；在不孕者中子宫内膜发育异常者G－6－PD活性明显低于发育正常者（P＜0．05），且两者与对照组比较均差异有显著性（P＜0.01），提示不孕妇女中部分存在子宫内膜G－6－PD缺失。
Histoloigical features of endometrium and their enzymatic activities in infenile women(n = 36) compared with that in women with normal fertility (n = 8)were studied by histologic and histochemical tests. The results showed that the activities of G - 6 - PD in infenile women were sinificantly lower than that in the nomal control (P＜0.01 ). Activity defect of G - 6 - PD was observed in 6 of them. No difference was found in the activities of ACP and AKP of infertile women compared with controls (P ＞0. 05). There was also no significant difference in the incidence of retrded endometrial development in both groups (P ＞0.05). However, activities of G - 6 - PD in women with out of phase (OOP) were significanily lower than that in women with in phase (IP)(P＜0.05). The results indicate that some infertile women may have activity defect of G - 6 - PD of endonetrium.
