摘要
介绍了基于计算机视觉的凸轮磨削自动定位及在线检测系统的工作原理、数学模型和关键技术,在开发的数控凸轮磨床上进行了凸轮自动定位和轮廓在线检测的试验。试验结果表明,该系统可以在凸轮转过一周的时间内,完成自动定位和在线检测操作,定位误差小于1°,满足一般磨削工序的要求。该方法也可以推广到类似零件的加工定位和在线检测,特别是单件、小批量生产的场合,可以有效地缩短磨削工序的辅助时间。
The principles, the mathematical model and the key techniques of computer based sys tern for automatic orientation and on-line inspection of cams in grinding were introduced, which was tested on CNC cam grinding machine developed by authors. It is shown that the orientation and inspec tion of cams can be conducted within one rotation of cams and orientating error is less than 1°, which is satisfactory in most grinding cases. This method can be used widely in similar situation for automatic orientation and on--line inspection,especially in single or small batch production, which can reduce non--productive time greatly in grinding process.
