禽流感病毒血凝素基因及基因工程疫苗的研究进展

摘要 通过近年来对禽流感病毒血凝素基因及该基因编码的血凝素蛋白的结构和功能的研究,进一步明确了禽流感病毒血凝素基因的特点以及血凝素蛋白的裂解效力与禽流感病毒致病性的关系。本文着重就血凝素蛋白及其裂解位点与禽流感病毒致病力的关系进行综述,并对禽流感病毒血凝素基因工程疫苗的研究与开发近况作一介绍。 In recent years, the structure and bioactive function of hemagglutinin (HA) protein encoded by the HA gene of avian influenza virus (AIV) were studied intensively. It was indicated that the characteristics and the cleavage of HA protein were highly associated with AIVs' pathogenicity. In this paper, the structure and the characteristics of HA gene, as well as the relationship between the cleavage of HA protein and pathogenicity of AIV were summarized. The progress in the research and development of the vaccines for avian influenza was also elucidated.
