39例表浅膀胱癌经尿道切除术后放疗的临床疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 对39例多次复发的表浅膀胱癌经尿道切除肿瘤(TURBT)术后进行低分割、单次大剂量全膀胱放疗。结果:随访1、2、3年的复发率分别为5.6%(2/36)、6.3%(2/32)、7.7%(2/26)。结论:表浅膀胱癌经尿道切除肿瘤术后进行低分割、单次大剂量放疗可有效地预防术后复发,近期疗效满意。 39 patients with superficial bladder carcinoma after TURBT were treated by whole bladder hypo fraction radiotherapy. Results: The 1,2,3 years' recurrence rates were 5.6%, 6.3% and 7.7% respectively. Conclusion: The whole bladder hypo fraction radiotherapy for superficial bladder carcinoma after TURBT can prevent postoperative recurrence.
