摘要
目的观察输卵管妊娠超声介导下注入甲氨喋呤(MTX)对输卵管妊娠的治疗效果。方法选择确诊并适合行保守治疗的输卵管妊娠患者60例,随机分为A,B两组,各30例。A组行超声下介入治疗,B组行肌内注射MTX杀胚治疗。观察血β-HCG在治疗前后的变化及临床表现。结果A组28例治疗成功,成功率为93.3%,2例行手术治疗。B组20例治疗成功,成功率为66.7%,10例行手术治疗。结论超声介入治疗输卵管妊娠是一个安全、简便、有效的治疗方法。
Objective To observe the effect on interventional treatment for ectopic pregnancy guided by ultrasound. Methods Select 60 cases of ectopic pregnancy which fit for conservative treatment. They were divided into 2 groups randomly. Group A were given interventional treatment with ultrasound, group B were given MTX intramuscularly. Results 28 cases of group A were succeeded, and the successful rate was 93.3%, the rest 2 cases accepted operation. In group B, 20 cases were succeeded and the successful rate was 66. 7%, the other 10 cases accepted operation. Conclusion Interventional treatment for ectopic pregnancy guided by ultrasound is a simple and effective method.
