摘要
介绍了国内外5-硝基愈创木酚钠的合成方法,对常用的合成方法按照反应步骤的顺序,对酰化、硝化、水解反应的反应条件及机理进行了深入的评述,提出了今后亟待研究和解决的问题。
In this paper, the method of the synthesis of sodium 5-nitroguaiacolate is introduced. The conditions and mechanism of common method which includes acetylation, nitrification, and hydrolysis process are discussed in detail according to reactive steps. The problems urgently to be resolved are presented.
