摘要
要适应新形势下的医疗制度改革和竞争,医院必须改变传统的观念和做法,重视扩展门诊功能。文章提出应从三个方面着手,即变被动服务为主动服务;变单一服务为多样化服务;变以疾病为中心的服务为保健——治疗——康复一体化服务。
The article suggests that in consideration of concrete conditions and possibilities in different hospitals, the outpatient departments can take active and feasible measures to expand service functions, e. g. , to provide convenient health care and rehabilitation sevices in addition to medical services, so that OPD medical workers always know the needs of their patients and deliver timely and appropriate consultation or medical services.
