摘要
随着我国资本市场的发展,上市公司不断壮大。但是这些公司在发展的过程中,面临许多问题和缺陷,尤其是资本结构存在许多不完善的地方,已经严重制约了上市公司的进一步发展。文章主要通过数据说明我国上市公司资本结构中存在负债结构不合理、内源融资缺乏及偏好股权融资等问题;分析产生这些问题的原因采取有效措施,优化股权结构,大力发展企业债券市场,并完善资本市场,从而达到优化资本结构的目的。
Along with the development of Chinese capital market, the listed company is strengthening constantly. But there are many problems and defects during these companies developing especially the defects of the capital structure have already restricted the listed companies＇ further development and made their performance much worse or fluctuated, we should take effective measures, reduce optimize stock tight structure, and develop and perfect bond market to market to optimize capital structure in our listed companies.
