摘要
对１３例多发性毛发上皮瘤进行了临床病理的回顾性分析。１３例中，男６例，女７例；病程最长３１年，最短９年；平均发病年龄１３岁。皮损为米粒至黄豆大皮色丘疹，多见于双侧鼻唇沟。病理变化示由基底样细胞组成的肿瘤团块位于真皮内，呈实体型、花边样网状及筛状，有程度不同的毛分化改变，部分有收缩间隙。同时对该病的临床病理特征及鉴别诊断进行了简要的介绍。
Clinicopathological analysis of 13 patients with multiple trichoepitheliomas had been investigated retrospectively. There were 6 male and 7 femals with the duration from 9 to 31 years. The average age of onset was 13 years. The lesions were skin colored papules with the diameter from 0.3 to 0.7cm, predominantely on the nasolabial folds. In pathological examination, the tumor was limited within dermis and consisted of basal like cells with tricho differentiation in different degree. The retractionn of tumor nodule from normal dermal collagen was presented in 6 patients. Three types of histological patterns had been found, including solid, lacelike and deerhorn like network. Finally, the clinical features and histological changes were briefly introduced in this paper.
