摘要
农村妇女权益保护问题是目前"三农"的主要问题之一。当前,福建省正在进行着林权制度改革,本文对林权制度改革过程中妇女权益状况进行了调研,分析了林改过程中妇女权益受侵害的客观原因,并提出了切实保护农村妇女林地权益的对策措施。
To guarantee rural women＇s rights is one of the most important problems on agriculture, rural areas and farmers. This paper investigates the relevant current situation of the women＇s rights and analyzes the causes that the rural women＇s rights aggrieved in the course of reform of forest property rights system in Fujian Province. Accordingly, some countermeasures are proposed.
