摘要 cDNA-AFLP是一种研究基因表达的新技术。该技术具有重复性好、稳定、可靠的特点,可对生物体转录组进行全面、系统的分析。本文主要介绍cDNA-AFLP的原理、方法和技术特点,并概述其在植物遗传育种研究上的应用。 cDNA-AFLP is a new research technique on gene expression in organism. Because of its high reproducibility, stability and reliability, it is widely applied to comprehensive and systematical analyses of organismal transcriptome. In this article,the principle, method and technical features of cDNA-AFLP technique are described; and the applications to the researches on plant genetics and breeding are summarized.
