摘要
在总结专题研究成果及工程设计实践的基础上,提出有利于改善结构体系静、动力响应性能的设计理念:包括平面调整质-刚偏心方法、提高体系抗扭性能的布置形式、改善楼层剪重比的等强度墙的理念。
Based on summarization of research achievements and engineering design practices, the designing idea that is advantageous to the improvement of the statical and dynamical response performance of structural system is proposed. It is including the method of plan adjustment for the eccentrical center of quality and rigidity, the arrangement form enhancing the performance of torsion resistance for the system, and the uniform strength wall idea for improving the shear-weight ratio of floors.
