摘要
一国的产业竞争优势是由不同的自主创新水平支撑的。本文认为,我国现有的竞争优势主要是由传统劳动密集型产业集群支撑的,而未来高层次的竞争优势则主要应由高创新含量的知识密集型产业来支撑。我们应改革现有的自主创新机制与体制。
The paper thinks that the superiority of competitiveness of our country in nowadays is traditional concentrated industry collective. And in the soon future, creative knowledge industry collective will be instead of it; Then it would be decision-making power of creation. So, some reform should be done to the decision -making power of creation system.
