摘要
目的探讨多种激光方式治疗慢性闭角型青光眼进展期的效果。方法确诊为慢性青光眼进展期的患者17例(19眼),联合应用激光周边虹膜成形术和激光周边虹膜切除术,并对 C 值≤0.12,眼压控制不佳的4眼行激光小梁成形术。结果随访3～18个月,19眼的房角均不同程度增宽,眼压从术前的20.1～35 mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),下降至13.6～22.8 mm Hg,平均下降31%。随访期间19眼的视野未见进一步缺损。结论多种激光联合治疗对不愿或不能手术治疗的慢性闭角型青光眼进展期患者不失为一种有效的治疗方法。(中国眼耳鼻喉科杂志:2007,7:295-296)
Purpose To investigate the efficiency of laser peripheral iridoplasty, laser peripheral iridectomy （LPI） and the combination of laser trabeculoplasty for advanced primary angle-closure glaucoma（PACG）. Methods Laser peripheral iridoplasty and LPI was taken for 19 eyes of 17 patients who were diagnosed as advanced PACG. Four eyes with high intraocular pressure（lOP） and coefficient of facility（C） less than 0. 12 had laser trabeculoplasty. Results The chamber angle was widened . The follow-up time was 3 - 18 months . The lOP decreased from 20. 1 -35 mm Hg pretreatment to 13.6 -22.8 mm Hg after the treatment with 31% decrease in average. During the follow-up time there was no more visual field lost. Conclusions Laser peripheral iridoplasty and LPI combined with laser trabeculoplasty might be safe and effective for the treatment of patients with advanced PACG who refused or couldn＇t tolerate trabeculectomy. （ Chin J Ophthalmol and Otorhinolaryngo1,2007 ,7 ：295-296）
