摘要
采用双盲法对465例足月正常新生儿进行20项行为神经测定（NBNA）及孕母是否被动吸烟和胎儿体格发育进行调查，二组间孕母及新生儿的情况及影响因素无差异，说明不论孕母是否被动吸烟，对胎儿体格发育（除体重外）受到均匀的影响。父亲吸烟支数与母亲被动吸烟小时数成正比，有显著差异。NBNA减分率被动吸烟组校对照组高0．11％；七项加分法，被动吸烟组加分率较对照组低6．44％，均有显著差异。被动吸烟对NBNA的影响主要表现在主、被动肌张力、踏步和行为改变。
In this paper, 20 kinds of neonatal behavioral neurologicae assessment, (NBNA) with double blind method in 465 cases of normal newborns,whose mothers were passive smokers and nosmokers. The results suggested that mothers' passive smoking has markedly effect on development of fetals. The deceferection of NBNA in passive smoking group was higher 0.11% than that in control group; increase rate was lower 6. 44% than one of control group. The main effects appeared in active and passive muscular teusion, foot gait and behavior.
