摘要
[目的]测定海娜植物及其种植地土壤中铬的含量。[方法]采用微波消解海娜样品,盐酸-硝酸-氢氟酸-高氯酸混合酸体系消解土壤样品,用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法及ICP-AES分别测定海娜植物和土壤中铬的含量。[结果]海娜植物和土壤中铬的含量不高,样品回收率在96.9%~102.6%之间,RSD为1.27%~3.38%。[结论]实验方法快速,准确,是测定植物体中铬等微量元素含量的可行方法。
[Objective] To determine the Cr in Henna plant and the soil where Henna was planted.[Method] Microwave assisted heating and HCl-HNO3HF-HClO4 was applied to the digestion of Henna and soil samples,and the contents of Cr in Henna plant and soil were determined by GFAAS and ICP-AES.[Results] The Cr in Henna plant and soil were not high.The recovery was in the range of 96.9%~102.6% and the RSD was between 1.27% and 3.38%.[Conclusion] The method is rapid,accurate and reliable.It provides a feasible method to determine the contents of Cr and other trace elements in plants.
