摘要
[目的]为了探讨我国烤烟主要化学成分的类别特征及不同产区烤烟样品的类别分布情况。[方法]于2003~2005年对全国2074个烤烟样品的主要化学成分,分上、中、下3个部位进行Q型聚类分析,对17个产烟省的不同类别烟叶的样品分布频率进行比较分析。[结果]3个部位各类别样品的平均分布频率为:1类(化学成分协调)烟叶样品占样品总数30.7%,2类(化学成分基本协调)烟叶样品占样品总数30.7%,3类和4类(化学成分欠协调,包括"高糖低碱"和"低糖高碱"两类)烟叶样品共占样品总数36.9%,5类(化学成分不协调)烟叶样品仅占1.7%。协调和基本协调样品在2003至2005年呈逐年增加趋势。[结论]我国烟叶的化学成分协调性以中部烟叶最好,下部烟叶次之,上部烟叶稍差。
[Objective] The study was conducted to discuss the class feature of main chemical components of flue-cured tobacco in China and their class distribution in different production areas. [Method] The main chemical components of 2074 flue-cured tobacco samples collected from the whole country in 2003~2005 and divided into 3 parts of upper, middle and low positions were studied by Q-type cluster analysis. The sample distribution frequencies of different-class tobacco from 17 tobacco production provinces were compared and analyzed. [Result] The average sample distribution frequencies of each class from three positions were as follows: the tobacco samples of class 1 (coordinated chemical components) were 30.7 % of total samples, that of class 2 (basically coordinated chemical components) was 30.7%, that of class 3 and 4 (uncoordinated chemical components, including high-sugar and low-alkaloid and low-sugar and high-alkaloid classes) were 36.9 % altogether and that of class 5 (uncoordinated chemical components) was only 1.7 %. The coordinated and basically coordinated samples showed the increasing trend year by year from 2003 to 2005. [Conclusion] The chemical component harmony of Chinese flue-cured tobacco was best in middle positions, next in low positions and poorer in upper positions.
