The following paper introduces the concept and meaning of constructability and quota design, discusses the way to consider constructability of project in stages in the process of quota design, shows the effect and meaning of the research into project constructability, and makes some suggestions to carry out constructability research in quota design, in order to increase economic benefits and work efficiency.
