摘要
本文在扼要综述“干中学”有关文献的基础上，讨论当前研究中被忽视的问题，并结合本人的研究提出解决这些问题的可能方案，尤其注重阐述内生的干中学理论的基本思想。
This paper simplely surveys the literatures on learning-by-doing theory,discusses the problems ignored in the present researches,and gives the possible directions in solving those problems,especially the basic ideas of endogeneous theory.
