摘要
针对绳索取心钻进工艺技术在福建煤系地层推广应用中存在的问题,加强了在钻孔口径、钻具级配、冲洗液配制以及护孔堵漏工艺方面的研究。实践证明:Ф77口径绳索取心能够降低泵压,稳定孔壁;采用三级配套,可以解决硬质砂岩等地层的钻进难题;在弱研磨地层,选用SH型“防打滑”钻头可提高钻效;使用非分散低固相冲洗液和无固相冲洗液,具有携粉护壁及防垢能力;惰性材料、DTR材料及改性沥青泥球,可适用于福建地区各种漏失类型的堵漏作业。
Aimed at problems existed in popularizing application of wire-line coring drilling technology in coal measures strata in Fujian, strengthening studies on borehole diameter, drilling tool gradation, flush fluid preparation, walling and leak sealing. Practices proved, Ф77mm wire-line coring can lowering pump pressure, stabilizing borehole wall; to use three grade drilling tools, can solve drilling in hard strata such as in sandstone; in weakly grinding strata, the SH "slipping preventing" bit can improve drilling efficiency; to use non-dispersed low solids and solid-free flush fluid, has powder carrying wall protecting and scaling prevention abilities; inert, DTR materials and modified asphalt mud ball, can be used in leak sealing in Fujian area.
