摘要
结合具体工程实例,介绍了煤层气预探井的目的、设备机具配套情况。在一个钻进过程中可使用多种钻进技术:牙轮钻头普通工法钻进、空气潜孔锤钻进、绳索取心钻进。在绳索取心钻进中用 Ф114mm钻杆代替正规的绳索取心钻杆.可保证煤心采取率和提心速度,同时可避免绳索取心钻杆易断和井壁垮塌现象。实践表明多工艺钻进技术在同一口井中综合采用.可达到优质、高效、安全的目标。
Combined with engineering examples, introduced object and equipment matching of CBM pilot wells. Multiple drilling techniques can be used in one drilling course: roller bit normal drilling, air down-hole hammer drilling, and wire-line coring drilling. To use Ф114ram rod replacing normal wire-line coring rod, can improve coal core recovery rate and speeding up hoisting, meanwhile avoiding rod breaking and wall collapsing. The practice demonstrated that by the use of multi-technological drilling can obtain the target of high quality, high efficiency and safety.
