摘要
随着改革开放的深入,农村社会的分层化趋势日益明显。本文以农民的分层研究为基础,描述和分析了在村民自治的框架下不同阶层农民的政治参与状况和特征,并对进一步完善村民自治制度提出建议。
With the deepening of reform and opening-up, the trend of dividing into different layers of the rural society is obvious day by day. This paper, regarding the social layers as its study basis, has described and analyzed different layers of peasants＇ basic situation and characteristics of participating in politics under our country＇ s basic frame of present rural villagers＇ autonomy. It also proposes some suggestions on how to improve the institution of the rural villagers＇ autonomy.
