摘要
网络教学资源建设是开展现代远程开放教学的基础性工作,随着现代远程开放教育的迅速发展,资源建设成果显著,但也存在不少问题,成为制约地方电大进一步发展的"瓶颈"。笔者结合多年网络教学资源建设的实践经验,提出地方电大网络资源建设工作要结合本校情况,依托学科发展,明确建设思路,打造特色,强化资源一体化设计和应用,完善资源应用评价体系和激励机制等建议,以使网络教学资源建设工作得到更快更好发展,满足现代远程开放教育快速发展的需求。
The construction of online education resources is a basic task of modern distance education. With the rapid development of modern distance education, the construction of education resources has achieved great success, but is still faced with problems and therefore is limiting the further development of local TV universities. The author, based on his experiences of construction of online education resources for many years, raises such suggestions as the reality of the local TV universities has to be taken into consideration when they construct their online resources, the construction should rely on subject development, the plan should be made clear, its features should be attached importance to, the incorporate design and application should be strengthened, and the resource application and evaluation as well as stimulation system should be perfected, so that the construction of online education resources would develop better and more quickly, and therefore can meet the need of the rapid development of modern distance education.
