摘要
冀鲁豫棉区是我国最大的产棉区，在其产棉史上曾对我国国民经济的发展作出过重要贡献，近年来因种种原因棉花生产出现徘徊和下滑局面。文内以我国棉区西移战略为前提，对这些原因进行了分析并提出宏观对策。
Cotton growing area in north china has once delivered great contribution for the national economy development. However, the production in this area decreased dramatically in the recent years. The reasons and the factors that influenced the cotton production are analysed and the developing strategies are pointed out.
