摘要
文章从分析企业技术创新能力的构成要素出发,构建了企业技术创新能力评价指标体系,运用层次分析法等适当的评价方法,对山西省不同地区企业的技术创新能力进行了客观评价,为及时调整山西省企业技术创新战略提供了依据,从而有利于企业技术创新能力的提升。
An evaluation index system of the enterprise＇s technological innovation capability is constructed in terms of evaluation principle based on analyzing the component factors of the enterprise＇s technological innovation capability.The proper methods are used in this paper,such as Analytic Hierarchy Process and so on.The objective evaluations to the enterprise＇s technological innovation capability in different district in Shanxi are made in the paper,thus the suggestions to adjust the strategy on the enterprise＇s technological innovation in Shanxi are put forward,as a result,the enterprise＇s technological innovation capability will be promoted.
