摘要
土地整理项目效益后评价是加强项目管理、科学评定项目真实效益的一项重要工作。通过剖析土地整理项目效益后评价的内涵,运用模糊综合评判法对湖北省鄂州市土地整理项目效益后评价进行实证研究。结果表明:鄂州市土地整理项目在总体上取得了良好的综合效益,项目建设是比较成功的。
Post-benefit evaluation of land consolidation project is an important job, which enhances the management of the project and evaluates the actual benefit objectively. By analyzing the connotation of post-benefit evaluation of land consolidation project and applying the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this paper conducts a case study of land consolidation project in Ezhou City, Hubei Province, with the result that land consolidation project of the city has been well implemented in terms of comprehensive efficiency and is a successful project.
