摘要
结合土地利用的环境影响机制及湘潭县土地利用现状、土地利用过程中存在的主要环境问题,构建湘潭县土地利用现状环境影响评价的指标体系。采用客观赋权法确定指标权重,选取模糊综合评判法进行综合评价;以湘潭县白石乡为例,应用模型对其进行了环境敏感性等级划分,最终得出了湘潭县所辖的22个乡(镇)环境敏感性等级评价结果,并对评价结果进行了分析。
This paper analyzes the environmental impact resulting from land use in Xiangtan County and establishes the index system for the land use status based on the features of social, economic and environment in the region, weighting all the indexes by objective weighting method, and assesses comprehensively by using fuzzy comprehensive assessment. With Baishi Town in Xiangtan County as an example, the paper depicts the fuzzy comprehensive assessment, obtaining the environmental sensitivity grades of other towns by using the same method, and analyzes the environment sensitivity assessment results of the 22 towns in Xiangtan County.
