摘要
目的:探索住院药房开展药学服务的模式与方法。方法:对我院住院药房开展药学服务的过程进行回顾性分析与总结。结果与结论:我院住院药房通过开展药学服务,提高了药学服务水平和药师的服务意识,减少了医疗纠纷的发生。
OBJECTIVE：To explore the mode and methods of carrying out pharmaceutical care in the inpatient dispensary of our hospital .METHODS： The process of launching pharmaceutical care in the inpatient dispensary of our hospital was analyzed and summarized retrospectively. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION ： Due to the pharmaceutical care carried out in the inpatient dispensary, pharmacists＇ pharmaceutical service level and service awareness have been enhanced and the incidence of medical disputes has been reduced.
