摘要
目前的电网规划方案评估方法总体分为两大类:经济性评估方法和可靠性评估方法,但是很少将两者结合起来分析。本文在动态经济评价法-年费用比较法的基础上,综合考虑可靠性对电网经济性的影响,实现了经济性和可靠性的有效结合,方法虽然简单,效果却很明显。通过对经典的Garver-6节点电网分析,证明本文所提出的方法是有效的。
At present, the assesment method of the electric power network planning was divided into two classes： economy assesment and reliability assesment, but few has not been combined to study. On the basis of the dynamic econnomy assesment method, comparation of annual charge, the effect of reliability on the economy of the electric power network was considered comprehensively. Although the method was simple, the effect was obvious. The classical example of Garver - 6 buses indicates correctness and avaliability of the proposed appoach.
