摘要
采用水蒸气蒸馏法对云南省林业科学院经济林研究所选育的10个八角优良单株八角果实的茴香油含量作了测定,并运用气-质联用仪对其所提取的茴香油的组成进行了分析。结果表明：八角各优株果实茴香油的含油率达7.9%-16.4%,其变异系数为22.86%,均超过了云南所拟定的八角优株的该项选优标准;其茴香油中主要含反-茴香脑,相对含量达80.51%-96.47%,其次为草蒿脑、顺-茴香脑等化学物质。
The contents of star anise oil in the fruits of 10 Illicium verum superior individuals selected by Yunnan Academy of Forestry were determined by using steam distillation methods. The chemistry composition of the extracted star anise oil were analyzed with GC-MS. The result shows that the star anise oil contents in different Illicium verum superior individuals are 7.9 % to 16.4 % , the coefficient of variation is 22. 86. The contents are higher than the value in superior tree selection standard of Yunnan province. The major component in star anise oil is trans-anethole, with the relative content of 80. 51% - 96.47 %, next come estragole and cis-anethole.
