摘要
基于对材料系统复杂性的认识,在多元回归分析工作的基础上,针对材料制备工艺过程中性能与其诸多影响因素,包括原料配料比、(化学的、颗粒的和矿物的)组成、工艺制备条件、材料微结构等之间的因果关系,提出了应用通径模型进行分析与研究的建议。我们还进一步对通径模型的应用前景作了展望,指出它可望用于分析材料系统中要素之间的关联,对材料制备工艺过程的控制策略进行研究和决策,以及对该过程中的误差传播和控制效果进行计算机仿真。这对于材料的研究与开发将是很有用的。
Based on the understanding of the complexity of material system and the regressive analysis, we bring out a suggestion using a path model to analyze the causality of performance and the influential factors in the preparation process of material, which include the ratio of batch, compositions (chemical, particulate and mineral), the condition of technology preparation and micro structure etc.
Then, we prospect its applied foreground and point out that it can be used in the analysis of relations among the factors of material system. We can also use it to do research and decision-making to the control tactic of the process of material preparation, the analysis of the influence of different control tactic to the stability of performance of material and the cost of the control. We still can simulate error propagation, the fluctuation of the material performance and the control effect by using digital simulation. This will be very useful in the research and development of material.
