PLC简单易学,可靠性高。步进电机是一种常用的机电执行元件,相应的驱动和控制电路对于其整体性能起着非常重要的作用。本设计采用PLC和大功率晶体管实现步进电机的驱动和控制,结构简单,可靠性高,成本低,实用性强,具有较高的通用性和应用推广价值。
Step motor is a common electro - mechanic actuator, and the related drive and control circuits influence its over- all performance greatly. The paper expounds how to design the drive and control circuits by means of PIE and high power transistors. The designed motor features more simple, higher reliability, lower cost and more versatile, and it is worth to be promoted.
