摘要
根据欧洲中心制作的168 h 时效的500 hPa 平均高度预报场,结合外推法和本地的韵律关系,确定未来10 d 的大气环流形势;利用西风环流指数变幅的大小,并结合各地的地形预测天气过程的强弱。
Based on the 168 hours forecast of 500hPa geopotential height field of ECMWF, extrapolation forecast and local weather rhythm, intending 10d circulation situation can be confirmed. Then the intensity of weather process can be forecasted by analyzing the range of westerly index and local terrain.
