摘要
目的采用大孔吸附树脂对荷叶提取物进行分离纯化。方法用酸提碱沉法制备荷叶提取液,经大孔吸附树脂纯化后浓缩,得荷叶提取物。采用紫外分光光度法监控提取物中荷叶总生物碱收率。结果所得荷叶提取物中荷叶总生物碱量约为49.1%(g/g)。结论大孔吸附树脂能有效富集并纯化荷叶提取物,所用方法简便,生产费用低,收率较高。
Objective To establish the isolation and purification method of nucifera extracts with macroporous adsorption resin. Methods Nelumbo nucifera leaves were extracted by 1% HCL solution. The solution was isolated and purified with macroporous adsorption resin. Results The total nuciferine yield from extracts by this method was 49. 1% (g/g). Conclusion The method is simple and rapid with low production cost.
