摘要
采用水溶性硅酸盐对片状铝粉进行处理后,铝粉表面被反应物包覆,使单个铝粉粒子完全密封,从而使铝粉变得稳定。将处理后的铝粉颜料与硅丙乳胶成膜剂、硅酸盐及其他助剂配制成水性硅酸盐无机富铝涂料(E02-4富铝),研究了铝粉在硅酸钠中的反应机理和胶囊化模型。结果表明,所得涂料贮存性稳定、性能优异。
The treatment of water-soluble silicate sheet aluminum technology and the aqueous inorganic aluminum - rich coating preparation methods were discussed. With a pretreatment of aluminum, the surface was coated by the reaction. Individual aluminum particles were completely sealed so that aluminum became stable. The aluminum paint was mixed with curing agent, coalescent, modified additives, leading to aqueous inorganic aluminum - rich silicate coating ( E02 - 4 aluminum) with high storage stability and high performance. The role of aluminum powders and sodium silicate in the reaction mechanism were discussed, along with a capsule model.
