Database Technology for Bioinformatics Research in the Environment of Perl Language

摘要 生物信息学是一个集成了生物学、数学和计算机科学的新兴学科.而Perl语言是一种在生物信息学研究领域功能强大的脚本语言.本文综述了在Perl语言环境下应用于生物信息学的数据库技术以及互联网应用. Bioinformatics is a nascent discipline of combining biology, mathematics and computer science, Perl language is a powerful script language in the research of bioinformatics. We reviewed database technology underneath Perl environment for bioinformatics and the combination of Perl and intemet application.
