基于计算机图像识别的荧光油液渗漏检测方法研究 被引量:2

The Fluorescence Detection Method of Leakage Liquid Based on Computer Image Recognition

摘要 提出了采用计算机图像识别技术的油液渗漏检测方法。通过对渗漏荧光图像的采集,图像的计算机处理,获取渗漏油迹信息并报警。计算油迹图像轮廓边界的膨胀面积,达到对油液渗漏的定量检测。实验证明,该检测方法能快捷观察到设备有无渗漏,且可对渗漏量及渗漏部位进行精确检测。 A fluorescence detection method of leakage liquid based on computer image recognition technology was presented. By collecting the images of fluorescence of leakage liquid and processing them by computer, the leakage information was got and an alarm could be given. By computing the area of leakage liquid, the quantitative measurement of leakage liquid was realized . This method could quickly find the leakage spot and accurately determine the quantity of leakage.
