摘要
目的探讨鼻内镜在儿童后鼻滴漏综合征诊断中的作用。方法回顾性分析2004年1月～2006年7月该院在鼻内镜下诊断的48例以后鼻滴漏为主要临床特点而并发慢性咳嗽的鼻-鼻窦疾病患儿的诊治过程。结果该组患儿中变应性鼻炎、鼻窦炎混合感染25例(52.1%)(其中并发鼻息肉2例)、慢性鼻窦炎13例(27.1%)、慢性鼻炎8例(16.7%)、急性腺样体炎2例(4.17%)。均以慢性咳嗽为主诉,平均咳嗽时间达3.1个月。经过积极的抗炎与抗变态反应治疗以及必要的手术治疗,35例(72.9%)咳嗽症状消失,13例(27.1%)症状明显减轻。结论鼻内镜视野清晰,镜体纤细,弥补了儿童检查不配合、鼻咽部难窥视的缺点,因此,鼻内镜在儿童后鼻滴漏综合征诊断中具有重要作用。
[Objective] To explore the clinical value of nasal endoscopes in diagnosis of postnasal drip leakage of children. [Methods] We retrospectively studied 48 cases of postnasal drip leakage as its clinically main character was complicated with chronic cough, which were diagnosed from Jan. 2004 to July. 2006. In this way to find out the clinical characters in this condition and learn lessons from diagnosis and treatment for nasal endoscopes. [Results] All the cases in this group including 25 cases （52.1%） allergic rhinitis and sinusitis had infection （with 2 complicating nasal polyps）, 13 cases （27.1%） chronic sinusitis 8 cases（16.7%） chronic rhinitis and 2 cases（4.17%） acute adenoiditis. All these cases above were encountered with chronic cough, which lasted 3.1 months in averaged. After treated with effective anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic therapies supplemented with surgery, chronic cough symptom of 35 cases （72.9%） was disappeared and 13（27.1%） significantly alleviated. [Conclusions] Nasal endoscopes provides clear view. It improves of the shortage of children who do not cooperate. In this way nasal endoscopes plays an important role in diagnosis of postnasal drip leakage of children.
