摘要
随着南昌市城市化进程的加快,城镇低收入家庭的住房保障问题越来越成为政府必须要面对和解决的难题之一,其中一个核心问题就是资金短缺。文章从公平与效率的角度出发,系统分析了南昌市廉租房融资模式的现状及特征,并就完善南昌市廉租房融资模式提出了针对性的建议和对策。
Along with the expediting of Nanchang city urbanization, the issue of housing security of urban low-income household has become one of the difficult problems which the government must face and solve, and the core of this problem is lack of finances. From the angle of equity and efficiency, the author systematically analyses the current situations and characteristics of financing model of Nanchang City＇ s public houses, and puts forward the pertinent countermeasures to perfect it.
