摘要 套管磨损后壁厚变薄,抗挤毁能力随之降低,若对此估计不足,有可能因此而导致钻井事故或油气井的早期报废。以最小壁厚分别为4.2 mm和5.2 mm的N-80139.7 mm×7.7 mm套管为例,得出了磨损套管抗挤毁强度计算公式,对一些磨损套管的剩余抗挤毁强度做了理论计算,并对计算结果和试验值进行了比较。结果表明,该公式的计算误差小于10%,符合工程设计的需要。 After casing is worn, wall becomes thin, which weakens its resistance to press. Wearing may decrease the strength of casings. In order to avoid accident during well test, it is very important to study the casing wearing degree and the remaining strength of worn casings. The paper illustrates the N-80 φ139.7 mm×7.7 mm casing which remains thickness is 4.2 mm and 5.2 mm.The paper uses the worn casing collapse strength equation to calculate the remaining strength. In order to verify the veracity of the theoretical analysis, the paper contrasts the theoretical analysis with the experimental results. The error is less than 10% ,so it fills the demand of the engineering design.
