摘要
采用雷诺应力模型CFD数值模拟方法,对油水分离器内的流动机理和分散油相的流动特点及处理方法进行研究。得出了分散油相等浓度分布云图和用于判断旋流器分离性能的流量-效率曲线、流量-压力降曲线、分流比-效率曲线和粒级效率曲线。利用试验对曲线进行验证,结果表明,理论计算与实验数据曲线在一定范围内变化趋势一致,根据曲线可对旋流分离器的性能作出判断,并确定处理能力及是否对来液采取必要措施来提高分离效果等。
Based on the Reynolds stress model CFD numerical simulation method, both flow mechanism and flow characteristics of dispersed oil phase in oil-water separation hydrocyclone were studied. The dispersed oil phase equilibrium concentration distribution map,the oil phase slipping velocity distribution and four kinds of curves used to evaluate the separation efficiency were obtained, including the relationship between flow rate and separation efficiency, the flow rate and pressure drop, splitting ratio and separation efficiency as well as the particle diameter and grade efficiency. The calculation results are well in accordance with the experimental data. Theoretical calculations and measured data curve in a certain scope changes consistent trend, according to hydrocyclone device performance curve may forecast and judge the performance of its separate merits, to determine whether or not to fluid handling capacity and to take the necessary measures to improve the effectiveness of the separation.
