摘要
目的对山东半岛东端沿海地区眼外伤进行调查分析。方法1999年1月至2006年12月8年间,我院收治眼外伤1524例,对其性别、年龄、就诊时间、致伤原因、损伤部位、类型等进行统计分析。结果1524例(1732眼)眼外伤中,男1380例,占90.55%,女144例,占9.45%。拳头和钝器击伤854例占56.04%,异物崩伤,锐器刺伤350例占22.97%。眼挫伤860眼,占49.65%,治疗前后致盲率分别为22.79%和2.79%。216眼开放性损伤治疗前后致盲率分别为68.52%和44.45%。结论山东半岛东端沿海地区眼外伤多为青壮年男性,拳头和钝器击伤居多。应引起有关方面重视,减少眼外伤发生。
Objective To survey and analyze the ocular trauma in shandong coastal area. Methods Statistic analysis of gender, age, time of admission ,cause, and type of trauma and so on in 1524 admission cases during eight years from Jan. 1999 to Dee. 2006. Results 1380 patients （90.55%） are male, and 144 patients （9.45%） are female. The rate of wound of fist or blunt object is 56.04% ,854 cases. The rate of wound of foreignbody and sharp instrument is 22. 97% , 350 cases. The rate of contused wound of blunt object is 49.5 6% , 860 cases. The rate of blindness before and after treatment are 22.79% and 2.79% separately. The rate of blindness in 216 eyes of patent wound are 68.52% and 44. 45% before and after treatment. Conclusions Most ocular traumas in the coastal area are young or meridian male. The main cause of injuries is wound of fist or blunt object. Society should pay attention so as to reduce the happens of ocular trauma.
