Probes into the Motivation System for External Staff in State-owned Enterprise

摘要 解释了外聘员工的概念,分析了当前我国国有企业产生外聘员工的原因,探讨了国有企业对外聘员工进行激励的对策。 This paper explains the definition of external staff, analyzes the reasons why the external staff occur in state-owned enterprise, and probes into the countermeasures for motivating the external staff in state-owned enterprise.
