摘要
以多相流理论和欠平衡钻井基本原理为基础,研究了充气钻井压力控制问题,建立适合充气欠平衡钻井的物理模型,同时给出了井筒压力计算的多相流理论模型和数值求解方法。结合现场资料计算了充气钻井时井底压力随井口回压和注气量的变化而改变的情况,并对其变化形式进行了解释。得出一些有益的结论,为进行合理的欠压值设计提供了理论依据,对指导和实施欠平衡钻井作业和研究提供一定的理论参考。
Based on the theory of multiphase flow and underbalanced drilling, the paper studied the pressure control during aerated drilling, and established the physical model of aerated drilling, and also gave the model of calculation wellhole pressure and the numeric method. Further more, the paper described the influence of the bottom pressure on the various wellhead pressure and gas inflow rate, and gave the reasons for the results. Some useful conclusions can not only be used to direct the design of bottom pressure difference, but also provide an important reference for underbalanced drilling.
