摘要
利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳法,对中国北方孤雌生殖卤虫个体发育中的酯酶(EST)和淀粉酶(AMY)进行了同工酶的初步研究,得出:两种同工酶均随卤虫发育表现出差异性。EST共显示出7条酶带,由无节幼体期的一条酶带增至成熟期的7条酶带;AMY共检测出两种,即α—AMY和R—AMY,其中α—AMY:2条酶带,R—AMY:4条酶带,且AMY酶活性随发育渐增。
Two isozymes during ontogenesis of Artemia parthenogenesica in the northern part of China were studied by PAGE. The result shows that the electrophoregrams of these two enzymes express some differences with the development. EST includes 7 bands. It increases from 1 band in N to 7 bands in M, AMY has two typies tested, i. e. a-AMY and R-AMY. Moreover, the enzyme activity of AMY increases with the development.
