摘要
战略联盟屡见不鲜,同时其失败率居高不下。知识共享日益成为众多企业加入战略联盟的主要目的,因此知识转移顺利与否对战略联盟成败有显著影响。以两个典型的知识转移模型为基础对战略联盟实践进行了深入反思,分析了各模型对联盟中知识转移的指导意义,以期提高联盟成功率。
Today Strategy Alliance of Enterprises （SAE） is very popular while the rate of failure is also very high.Knowledge sharing has become the main goal for many enterprises to adopt SAE, so whether the knowledge can betransferred fluently affects the success possibility of SAE. Based on two knowledge transfer models, the paper analyzesthe current practice of SAE and concludes some advices from them. Higher success rate of SAE is expected in the future.
