摘要
以分析《国际大学创新力客观评价报告》为切入点,立足我国大学实际,探讨了创新力与大学评价关系的内涵、研究评价指标体系的设计原则,并运用因子分析法对我国14所教育部直属综合大学与创新能力相关的大量真实数据进行统计分析,初步构建了我国综合大学创新能力评价指标体系并赋予权重。
This paper analyzed the “Report of the international university innovations objective evaluation” and based on the actual situation in China Evaluation of the University innovations innovation capability and the design principles. Analyzed large number of and define the the innovation connotation of the University indicators data of China′s 14 universities by factor analysis. Construct the innovation indicators system and empowerment the weights.
