摘要
单道扫描型X射线荧光应用分析系统(简称SCXRF),是为菲利浦公司PW14XX系列X射线荧光光谱仪的计算机系统更新升级而设计的,完全适用于PW14系列的PW1410、PW1404、PW1400三种型号的仪器。SCXRF2007版本适合于在中文WIN-DOWS 98以上的平台下运行,操作界面全部中文显示。新系统可将早期的PW1790/10-P851小型计算机系统升级为奔腾Ⅲ以上微型计算机,以窗口界面操作方式取代命令行人机对话方式,以SCXRF系统软件取代X-14数据处理软件或PC1400应用软件。SCXRF包括X射线荧光定量分析、定性分析以及应用程序软件等模块,功能完善,操作方便,分析效率高,易于维护和移植。具有较好的推广应用前景。
The X-ray fluorescence spectrometry application analysis system for single channel scan type has been developed with new design principle and new analysis techniques. The system can be used for Philips-PW14 series X-ray fluorescence spectrometer. The system can be used in Chinese Windows 98 or over. A discussion is made of the design principle, the computer configuration, the running environment, the software module, and specially the new functions developed and generalize apply.
