知识资本管理是商业银行培育核心能力的有效方式,而知识资本结构解析是进行知识资本管理的首要前提。《新巴塞尔资本协议》下商业银行的知识资本结构相对于传统模式已经发生了深刻的变化。验证性因子分析可以对知识资本指标体系提供可靠的现实性检验。
The management of knowledge capital is a kind of valid method of improving core competence for commercial banking, and the structure analysis of knowledge capital is the prerequisite of managing it. The structure model of knowledge capital has deeply changed under the condition of The New Basel Committee, At last the CFA may supply valid certification for index system of knowledge capital.
