摘要
研究了1996～2002年间常熟市虞山镇44220名中学生身高体重发育、营养及健康状况。结果显示：身高的上等检出率1997年最高（26.49%）,下等检出率1999年最高（9.62%）;体重上等的检出率1996年最高为22.00%,1999年下降到最低点,为13.12%;2000年后呈逐渐上升的趋势。男女学生身高和体重发育状况无显著差异（P〉0.05）;中学生营养不良率平均为29.1%,以轻度营养不良为主,并且呈逐年下降趋势,男生营养不良率显著高于女生（P〈0.01）;肥胖、超重检出率有所上升,但男女生差异无显著性（P〉0.05）;视力低下率在2000~2002年间居高不下,且新发病率逐年增加;沙眼、龋齿检出率有较大幅度的降低;平足、色觉异常、扁桃体炎检出率波动很大。
This paper studies the height,weight,development,nourishment and health condition of 44220 high school students in Yushan twon of Changshu City during the years from 1996 to 2002.The result shows the following facts.The highest first class check rate of height in 1997 was 26.49%,while the highest inferior check rate in 1999 was 9.62%.The highest first class check rate of weight in 1996 was 22.00% and then dropped to the lowest rate 13.12% in 1999.However,the year 2000 saw the frend of gradual ascension.The cleveloping conditions of male and female students＇ height and weight did not show difference（P〉0.05）;The high school students＇ malnutrition rate was 29.1% on average,with light defree malnutrition accounting for a high percentage.And the rate tended to drop year by year.The boys＇ malnutrition sate was much higher than the girls＇（P〈0.01）.The check rate of fat and overweight ascended a little,but there was no great difference between boys and girls（P〉0.05）.The low rate of sight stayed high within the years from 2000 to 2002.And the new outbreak rate in creased year by year.The check rate of trachoma and caries dropped considerably.Besides,the check rate of even feet,abnormal colour vision and tonsil fluctuated greatly.
